For business.

If you regularly send people to Merseburg, Leuna or Schkopau, you do not need a booking platform. You need a landlord who picks up the phone. Framework terms from three units.

The situation

The problem is rarely the accommodation. It is the administration.

Booking a hotel room for four months is not a procurement problem, it is an accounting problem. Renting a holiday flat through a platform does not solve it: the invoice goes to a private individual, an extension is a new booking at the daily rate, and nobody is responsible towards the registration office.

We let the building ourselves. That means: a contract with you as a company, an agreed price for the whole duration, and an invoice your finance team can process without a single query.

From three units occupied in parallel we talk about framework terms, with a fixed allocation you can draw on across the year.

How it works

Four steps, no portals.

  1. 01

Tell us the duration and the head count.

Not exact arrival and departure dates. For an offer we need: how many people, roughly from when, for how long. Everything else we settle in conversation.

  2. 02

    We propose specific units.

With unit number, floor plan and photographs, not a category. You know in advance which apartment your people will live in.

  3. 03

One offer, one price, one invoice.

Utilities, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and the parking space are included. No city-tax surprise on the final invoice, no cleaning fee buried in the small print.

  4. 04

Arrival without a nine-to-five key handover.

Your staff rarely arrive at three in the afternoon; they arrive at ten at night after a meeting on site. We agree the arrival beforehand so that nobody stands in front of a locked door.

What your finance team asks

The answers are here, not in the small print.

These six points decide corporate deals, and almost no provider puts them on their website. We do.

Invoiced to the company

The invoice goes to the company, not the travelling individual. We record a cost centre, purchase order or project number if you give us one. For several people we combine everything into one collective invoice.

Landlord confirmation under § 19 BMG

Anyone living here for more than six months must register with the city of Merseburg, and needs a confirmation from us to do so. We issue it at move-in. Here it is part of the process, not a special request you have to ask for three times.

Tax treatment

The VAT treatment depends on the duration and the contractual structure, and it changes on longer stays. We state it explicitly in the offer so that your finance team does not have to guess. This does not replace tax advice, your tax adviser has the final word.

Second-household tax relief

Employees claiming the stay against tax need a document that clearly states period, property and amount. Our invoices are built so that the tax office has no follow-up questions.

Extending without renegotiating

Projects rarely run to plan. Extensions within a running contract keep the agreed terms. We get in touch before a period runs out, rather than waiting for you to notice.

One contact with a direct line

No call centre, no ticket system, no head office in another city. You reach us on +49 177 7889909. Whoever picks up here can also decide.

Who lives here

Four groups, one need: an address that lasts longer than a week.

Secondments and relocation

Specialists and executives from international operators on site, three months to several years, often with family following in a second step.

Project and plant engineering

Engineering, commissioning, decommissioning. Six to twenty-four months, changing occupancy within the same allocation.

Interim management and consulting

Two to four days a week over months. Needs quiet, a proper desk and an address you can give out.

University and hospital

Visiting researchers, lecturers, doctors on rotation. Semester cycles and public-sector invoicing, we know both.

Next step

A phone call is usually faster than a form.

If you know how many people are coming and for how long, you get an offer with specific unit numbers, normally the same or the next working day.
